washed away! hey, just an ordinary sunday "in the life" right? lottie cried the WHOLE WAY through her baptism. luckily it was only about 25 minutes or so. the first catholic ceremony that was less than an hour i've ever been too! i wished i could've enjoyed it more but she was bent on screaming through it.
it was really nice and i really enjoyed having the company afterwards at the house. lottie got SO MANY nice gifts and enough money to pay for the whole first month of daycare almost. that really helped us out, and i wasn't even sure people gave presents for baptisms. i had fun making meatballs and anti-pasta salad and craig's mom brought the cake and coleslaw and my mom brought a bunch of food, she really helped me with everything. it's a lot of planning, having a shin-dig. and i don't know why, but i always clean beforehand. i should clean AFTER. durrrr...
