i really can't read any more design-er-ly blogs. they make me feel like a big loser. i'm not crafty, i can't sew, or crochet!!! i wish i could do "more." soooo i decided to make a meal that i created! i know that hollowing out tomatoes is nothing new, but i stuffed them with brown rice and beans and (a little bit of ) ground meat. then i used oregano for flavor and topped it off with some mozzerella! TRÉS YUMMY!

Yer craftier than I am. Anything beyond 2-D is hell for me. Including stuffing veggies, which btw, look aresome.

I can totally relate about the blog thing. Sometimes I have to just get away from all the brilliant stuff out there. It's just too much!
