i went from hating gardening to loving it. i'm more a fly by the seat of your pants gardener than anything, and i refuse to buy any books on it. we'll see what happens! i just found out from a co-worker you can split hostas! now, why didn't i realize this. i will google that and how to split day lilies, as we have BAZILLIONS of them. :)

Looks great! I'm in the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants category too. Mostly I just hope to not kill everything my first week. Trying daylilies for the first time this year - if they come back next year I will surely lord it over everyone I know. Hail the conquering gardener!
