so.. have you ever heard of kobe beef? i never had,.. until a few nights ago. apparently... the philosophy for kobe is to keep the cows DRUNK and massaged. the reasoning being that they relieve stress and something to do with marbalized fats vs. saturated fats.
c's dad had some surgery and had been watching food network and had showed us some stuff about this KOBE beef that totally struck my interest... as in 100 dollars for a few bites. soooo you can imagine my interest tonight when i was out at the Sharp Edge in sewickley when i saw a kobe burger mixed with leeks and portabello mushrooms.
i think i was had. :(
