this was my culinaric adverturoso last night! little did i know that making THREE batches of dough from scratch, rolling them all out, and chopping up ham, salami, turkey, olives, mushrooms, shredding the cheese by hand, painting on egg whites and BAKING them would take FIVE HOURS.


but damn. are they hella' good. my freezer has been overtaken by these "sandwiches on steriods" as someone put it. craig, motor up and prepare to be fed.
